- All orders are priced FOB our factory.
- Sales tax is charged on merchandise shipped into MO, KS, OK, IA, AZ, TX and GA.
- Due to the custom nature of the production, there is frequently spoilage in production. We make every effort to produce exact quantities but we have to estimate spoilage in the production run. Our quotes are + or -5% over/underruns. If you don't want overruns, we can produce you order with no overruns but it will be subject to 10% underruns.
- All merchandise includes on color printing in one location or up to 5,000 stitches of embroidery and up to 5 colors of embroidery in one location.
- A set up charge will be quoted additional for first time logo reproduction on an item. Running charges will apply to printing additional imprint colors/locations or other than standard imprint process.
- A new emobroidery tape charge will apply to all new embroidery designs. If the design is more than 5,000 stitches a running charge per additional 1,000 stitches will apply. See setup and running charges for information.
- Art services are additional if required. If there is a small amount of work necessary and the charge is less than $25, we will proceed with the order without notifying you. If there is more extensive service required, we will notify you in writing for your approval prior to proceeding with your order.
